Biography – Dulia Díaz, Realtor®

I am a driven and community-oriented Realtor® with five years of experience serving clients in Connecticut and New York. Originally from Guatemala, I hold a background in Business Administration and I am certified as a Notary Public, which has strengthened my skills in organization, communication, and negotiation throughout every transaction.

As a Latina professional, I am passionate about empowering Hispanic families to achieve the dream of homeownership. I believe knowledge is power, so I work with intention to educate and support my clients through each step of the process, ensuring they feel confident and informed when making such an important decision.

Before entering real estate, I spent many years caring for children while raising my own daughters, who are my greatest motivation and proudest accomplishment. Those experiences shaped who I am today—calm, nurturing, resilient—and gave me the ability to support families through major life transitions with empathy and patience.

As a woman in business, I am committed to breaking barriers, advocating for my community, and inspiring others to pursue their goals with determination. I take pride not only in closing deals, but in opening doors—literally and figuratively—for people who never thought homeownership was possible.
